Success Comes from Working Extra Hard – TEBOGO LEBANNA

"One of the reasons why women are still behind is because of lack of focus," says young beauty pageant founder, Ms. Tebogo Lebanna speaking at the Miss Millennium High Tea in Mogoditshane as she encouraged other women to work towards their goals and to not be afraid to showcase who they really are. Tebogo Lebanna says that Botswana is at a time when she needs more women too stand up and drive the economy. 

She said success comes from working a little extra hard and sacrificing your time, sometimes from family and friends, even work at times. She notes that she is especially motivated by the fact that Miss Millennium is a pageant for women who are aged 40 years and plus, "This is quite an achievement for Botswana to realise the importance of this age bracket, hence noting that a women is always important and holds a very special place in the hearts of different people across the nation." 

The young lady noted that women should always note that because they are women, people will force their thinking on them, their boundaries on them. They will tell women how to dress, how to behave, who they can meet and where they can go. "Don't live in the shadows of people's judgement. Make your own choices in the light of your own wisdom," Said Tebogo Lebanna when she gave her remarks.
