Minimum Education or Qualifications: 

Certificate in Banking and relevant business degree; post-graduate qualification preferred. 7+ years’ retail banking experience with significant operational, operations support and client facing exposure plus a proven track-record of team management. Accounting knowledge

Sound knowledge of banking operations. Risk management knowledge. Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. labour law). Mentoring and coaching skills. Proficient of the full MS Office suite. Have a valid driver’s license.

Key Skills and Experience: 

You will achieve branch targets by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintain standards of customer service excellence, managing compliance to procedures and providing hands-on leadership and management to the branch team.

You need to have the following changing knowledge requirements of the business strategy and priorities; competitors; client needs and behaviors; product developments; evolving technologies; Regulatory framework, changes and reporting requirements, particularly Central Bank and Ministry of Finance directives and local legislation. The technicalities are excellent knowledge of self- service banking channels and other Fintech trends (ATM, Internet, Mobi etc.)

You should possess the these skills in general- Good people
skills with an ability to approach, build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels; good listening and verbal and written communications skills with an ability to cut to the core; able to lead and manage a team to achieve agreed objectives; Conflict management, negotiation and influencing skills; highly analytical and attentive to detail ; solution-focused problem solver with a track record of handling complex customer issues; self-starting, proactive, resourceful, efficient and deadline-driven and judgement and decision-making skills.
