Metropolitan is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the above position.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining efficient operations of the life business and support the growth of the business by delivering client centric service underpinned by operational excellence.

Key Performance Areas

  • Management of operational processes
  • Management of new business processing
  • Administration of inforce policies
  • Supervision of claims payments
  • Handling customer queries
  • Provision of management reports
  • Provision of well researched business insights on the running of the life business
  • Customer satisfaction
Minimum Education or Qualifications: 
  • Business Degree
  • Master's Degree (this will be an added advantage)
  • Strong analysis, planning and organisational skills
  • Numerical accuracy
  • Self-Driven
  • Good interpsersonal and Cross functional collaboration skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Meticulous and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
Key Skills and Experience: 
  • Minimum of 5 years in the financial services sector (preferably in an employee benefits environment), 3 years in a management position
