Direct BPO is a global business process outsource company based in Gaborone, Botswana. We have been operating since 2017 and are currently recruiting for the above mentioned vacancy.
- Client Account Support: Support all areas of account operations in order to provide knowledgeable, competent and motivated staff
- Training Needs Analysis: Gather and/or assess training needs and develop programs as needed, train and coach both new recruits and experienced agents ensuring that they provide the kind of service that builds high levels of customer satisfaction, improve productivity and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Instructural Design: Develop creative, effective and high quality instructional materials, ensure accreditation of courses with Botswana Qualifications Authority
- Knowledge Management System: Maintain and update knowledge management system, adhere to the company quality management system
- A Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years working in a customer facing environment.
- Operational knowledge of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Effective communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
