UNDERSTANDING MENTAL HEALTH IN A WORKPLACE (FORMING ARTICLE)
In most cases when we are facilitating mental health talks in workplaces ‘management’ shy away from attending as they believe that mental health related topics are for the junior staff. This remains a wrong misconception, let us all note that we are human being and we all have emotions regardless one being a manager or a junior employee in a workplace. It is important to understand and note that productivity goes hand in hand with being mentally fit and mentally accommodated.
