Khumo Property Asset Management, a leading property asset management company in Botswana, is planning to launch a new prestigious office development in Palapye.
The site of the proposed development is located along the A1 opposite Lotsane Senior Secondary School. It is envisaged that the development will offer 3 individual office blocks set in landscaped surroundings with spaces ranging from 350 square meters to 3300sqm per block. The project could have as much as 450 parking bays with tenants enjoying access to basement parking and on-site parking for staff and customers.
“We are thrilled to begin marketing Palapye Office Park in earnest to potential tenants” said Outule Bale, Chief Executive Officer at Khumo Property Asset Management. “This future development is an example of how Khumo’s new Leasing, Development and Property Advisory services division can take a project from being simply a piece of land, to providing a purpose and then develop a necessary scheme tailor-made to be leased to tenants for the benefit of its investors” he concluded.
Palapye Office Park will see Khumo Property Asset Management overseeing the development process on behalf of the land owners. An initial design has been penned by a renowned firm of architects. Khumo will undertake the leasing and property management of the park upon completion. The project will break ground once all leasing and financing requirements are met and plans have been passed by Council.
